I needed to fully understand the challenges users face when interacting with cryptocurrency exchanges. I interviewed potential users—beginners, experienced traders, and industry professionals. I also analyzed three of the major competitor apps. My goal was to dig deeper into their specific needs and behaviors to ensure we could design an app that would improve their experience.
